As a Licensed Counselor, Ms. Paventi has spent over 20 years working in the field of criminal justice and chemical dependency. Before making the decision to open her own school, she worked and assisted numerous DUI Schools in their program design and implementation. As the Program Director of NEO, she is present at the school every day. She is part of the master lecture series, as well as assists with group and individual screenings.

Earning a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University, Ms. Paventi has had an exemplary career in the field. Having first worked at Community Corrections Association, she would later become the Executive Director of Mahoning County TASC, where she would spend the majority of her career. As a National Board Member with National TASC, she’s orchestrated conferences and spearheaded sessions nationally. She was asked to testify in front of The Congressional Addiction, Treatment, and Recovery Caucus in Washington DC, as one of the foremost authorities on the heroin crisis and the impact it has on the criminal justice system.

Her expertise has allowed her to design a school that utilizes the newest information, delivered in a modern classroom style presentation.

Ms. Paventi has been honored with being asked to serve as the bailiff with the Honorable Anthony Donofrio, beginning January of 2019.
